Imprinted Products
Order Procedure |  | We will post a web page with your custom imprint layout on our web site within 24 hours of receiving your order. You will receive instructions on how to view and approve your imprint layout via e-mail. If order is placed on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday, you will be notified the following Monday. Your credit card will not be charged until we receive your approval of the artwork. Click here for more information on our artwork approval process.
We will send 3 notices with instructions on how to view and approve your artwork. The notices will be sent over the course of several days. If we do not receive your approval within 48 hours of the third and final notice, your order will be cancelled and you will be charged a $25.00 cancellation fee. |

| General | | Normal order processing for imprinted products is between 5 and 21 working-days.Production time is noted on every product description page. Production time begins the next working-day after we receive your artwork approval. Artwork approvals received on weekends will count as being received the following Monday, and production time begins on Tuesday. We will notify you if shipping will be delayed for any reason.
We maintain the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. |

Custom Artwork
Requirements | | We require that art be created in Adobe Illustrator® (.ai or Illustrator .eps) with all text converted to outlines. We can also accept artwork created in CorelDraw. If CorelDraw is used, please export as Adobe Illustrator Macintosh format and convert all type to curves. The electronic file may be attached to an e-mail and sent to art@websitelabels.com. Contact name, phone number, order number and company name must be included in the e-mail message.
Business cards, letterheads, faxes and laser prints are NOT acceptable. PSD, PDF, DOC, PUB, TIF, BMP, PNG, JPG and GIF file formats are NOT acceptable. Please do not send files created in PhotoShop, Microsoft Word, Publisher or PowerPoint.
Adobe Illustrator and CorelDraw files are the only formats we accept.
You may incur additional art charges if the artwork does not meet our standards. 1/4 hour is included in the initial art charge. Anything over 1/4 hour is charged as follows: $50.00 for up to 1/2 hour; $100.00 1/2 hour to 1 hour. You will be notified of any additional charges before work begins.

| Shipping | | Most orders are shipped UPS Ground or FedEx Ground. Larger shipments are via common carrier. We do not assume responsibility for carrier delays and cannot be held responsible. |

| Shipping Charges | | Flat-rate of $12.00 for all orders placed online. $12.00 flat-rate shipping charge only applies to orders shipping within the contiguous 48 states. Effective January 1, 2008 we are no longer accepting orders that ship to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico. |

Overruns
or Underruns | | Since it is not always possible to imprint the exact quantity ordered, it is agreed that an overrun or underrun of not more than 10%, to be billed pro-rata, is acceptable as fulfillment of any order. |

| Cancellations | | A minimum cancellation charge of $25.00 plus all charges incurred to date will be billed accordingly. Cancellations cannot be accepted once imprinted products have gone into production. |

| Returns | | A 20% restocking charge will apply to all returns of unimprinted items. Returns will not be accepted without written authorization. Complaints must be filed within 30 days of shipment. Return shipping charges must be prepaid.
